You upload PDFs (menus, info packs, FAQs) or type entries directly into the dashboard. GuestPilot is restricted to that content — it doesn't learn from the open web or scrape your existing site. You stay in control of every answer.

Will GuestPilot ever make up an answer?

No. If a guest asks something outside GuestPilot's knowledge base, it politely says it doesn't know and offers to flag it for your team. We'd rather GuestPilot say "I'm not sure" than invent something off-brand.
